交流提升.融合发展.携手共进

——化龙中学·化龙中心小学·化龙二小和大博学校开展教学教研交流活动

  为了提高大博学校教师素质、促进教师专业发展,加强校际之间、教师之间的交流合作精神,经化龙中学、化龙中心小学、化龙二小和大博学校协商,定于2019年春季第14周周二开展教学教研交流活动。

  In order to improve the quality of teachers in Dabo school, promote the professional development of teachers, and strengthen the communication and cooperation spirit between schools and teachers, Hualong middle school, Hualong central primary school, Hualong second primary school and Dabo school negotiated to launch the teaching exchange activities on Tuesday the 14th week.

  2019.5月21日上午9:00,化龙中学、化龙中心小学和化龙二小的名师团队在化龙片教育指导中心曾瑞平副主任、教研员翁雪宁、麦旭禧以及陈堪麦、屈曼玲、李佩珊三位副校长的带领下来到了大博学校。校董郭炳财先生带领全体行政干部迎接了贵客们的到来。

  At 9:00 am on May 21st, the famous teacher team of Hualong middle school, Hualong central primary school and Hualong second primary school arrived at Dabo school under the leadership of Zeng Ruiping, vice director of Hualong educational guidance center, Weng Xuening, MaiXuxi, the researchers and Chen Kanmai, Qu Manling and Li Peishan, three vice principals. Mr. Guo bingcai, director of Dabo school, led all the administrative cadres to welcome the distinguished guests.

  上午第二节课,兄弟学校的各位领导和老师们随堂观摩了大博学校的常规课堂,其中梁礼霞、许倩坤等老师的课堂受到了与会领导和老师的高度赞誉。

  In the second class of the morning, the leaders and teachers  observed the regular class of Dabo school, among which the class of Liang Lixia, Xu Qian-kun and other teachers were highly praised by the leaders and teachers.

  本次活动的重头戏是兄弟学校的送课环节,五节展示课给大家带来了一场场精彩的视觉盛宴。中心小学屈曼玲副校长在101班上的语文课,将语言魅力诠释到了极致,激发了学生学习汉字的兴趣。二小的黄锦萍老师和刘丽丹老师在502班呈现的英语课和在305班呈现的数学课让听课师生如沐春风,受益颇多。来自化龙中学的陈伟贤老师,以其独特的授课风格为701班的学生和听课老师讲授了一节高效的历史课;化龙中学何紫颖老师在801班教授的英语听说课,引用素材信手拈来,流畅自如,又不失时效,给听课老师很强的冲击力。

  Qu Manling, vice principal of central primary school, gave a Chinese class in class 101, which demonstrated the charm of language and stimulated students' interest in learning Chinese characters. Miss Huang Jinping had the  English lesson in 502. and Miss Liu Lidan had the math class in 305.Both of them brought us wonderful classes which benefited the teachers and students. Mr.Chen Weixian, a teacher from hualong middle school, gave an efficient history lesson to 701 students and teachers with his unique teaching style. Miss He ziying of hualong middle school, she had a listening and speaking class in 801. In her class the quoted materials were readily available, fluent and time-limited, giving the teacher a strong impact.

  课后,所有参与本次活动的老师分文、史、理、英四组进行教学、教研深入的交流与探讨。各组内,大家积极发言,各抒己见,氛围和谐。片领导及兄弟学校的名师给予的大博学校很高的期望,同时也提出了一些极富指导性的建议,如:授课技巧的运用、教学方向的明确等。

  After class, the teachers who took part in this activity will have an exchange and discussion on teaching and research in four groups, Chinese, History, Math and English. Everyone spoke positively and expressed their opinions. The leaders and the famous teachers gave the Dabo school high expectations and also put forward some very instructive suggestions, such as the use of teaching skills and the clear direction of teaching.

  在上级领导的关怀下,在各兄弟学校的大力支持下,在大博学校全体师生的共同努力下,本次教学教研活动取得了圆满的成功。但对于大博学校的老师们而言,这次活动还远远没有结束,反而让老师们对今后的教学思路有了新的想法。在随后的两天里,大博学校的老师们认真反思,积极撰写心得体会。以科组为单位,分别召开了关于本次教学交流活动的专题分享会,负责分享的老师精心的准备,精彩的讲解,让与会的同科组老师们受益良多。这必将成为大博学校向更高、更强、更远发展的动力,相信大博学校的明天会更加美好!

  Thanks to care and support of leaders and brother schools, through the efforts of all teachers and students of Dabo school, this teaching and research activity has achieved a complete success. But for the teachers of Dabo school, this activity is far from over, instead, the teachers have new ideas about the future teaching ideas. In the following two days, the teachers of Dabo school reflected seriously and wrote their reflection of teaching. This will certainly become the impetus for Dabo school to develop higher, stronger and further. I believe Dabo school will have a better tomorrow!
